A Brewing Story @ Oasis Square, Ara Damansara: Your Perfect Getaway
It's not easy to get a cafe with decent food, nice coffee AND relaxing environment at the same time. Lucky for me, I've found one recently at Oasis Damansara - A Brewing Story!
A Brewing Story was opened in 2016 by a group of food and coffee lovers. Despite having a full time job, it has always been a dream of theirs to venture into F&B industry and have a place to call their own. After several failed attempts to find a place that serves good Western and Eastern meals at a good value, they decided to follow their heart and opened up A Brewing Story.
Being a neighbourhood cafe, A Brewing Story has a very cosy ambiance. I like how spacious the cafe is, and the space between sittings gives the much needed privacy. Though the interior are mostly in black, the cafe was actually pretty bright and warm, from the natural sunlight shining through the windows around the cafe.
BB Brunch Box (RM 22). A different version of big breakfast, the brunch box comes with scrambled eggs, sauteed baby potatoes, tomatoes, bacon, and mini chicken sausage.
Jumbo Sharing Platter (RM 69). Jumbo indeed. The sharing platter is the best to have if you are going in a group. Everything that you are looking for in a big breakfast, you'll get it in the platter. Plus, isn't it just fun to dig into a mountain of food with family and friends?!
The Spicy Aglio Olio Italiano (RM 25) was a big hit that morning. Pasta served with zucchini and tiger prawns, the spiciness in the aglio olio awakens both our taste buds and appetite perfectly.
Partisans o Pancakes (RM 10). A new addition to their menu, the pancakes need some further improvements on the texture.
Salted Caramel Macchiato (RM 13). Doesn't this just look too pretty to drink? One of their signature drinks, and it's also one of my friend's favourite drink.
Iced Latte (RM 12).
Green Tea Latte (RM 12). For non-coffee options, the green tea latte is a good choice.
A Brewing Story might not be serving out-of-the-box kind menu, but their food are definitely very comforting to have. The cafe is a nice place for office crowd to have a quick meal, and also for residents around the area to enjoy good food with nice and cosy ambiance.
The partners are constantly finding ways to improve their food, service and ambiance. As they grow, they would love to introduce some surprise elements to the cafe. So, stay tune!
