Fans of Japanese cuisine and pork lovers, I have something that will definitely make your day!! What is it, you ask? It is Sho Kushiage!!
Located at LG2 in Sunway Pyramid, Sho Kushiage serves a variety of pork dishes. From fried pork cutlets to mini steamboat, Sho Kushiage is certainly a heaven for many pork lovers.
Some sauces and sesame seeds for you to mix n' match as a dipping sauce for your dishes.
Homemade Potato Salad (RM 13). I love the smooth and creamy texture of the potato salad, and the sesame dressing is totally delish. The Homemade Potato Salad is a starter to have while waiting for your mains to be served.
Cheese Unagi Roll (RM 28). The combination of cheese and unagi is perfect, and you could taste both the cheese and unagi with every bite. Oh... they are very generous with the size of the rolls too!
Teppan Mini Pork Ribs (RM 19.99). OK, if you are a cheese lovers and enjoy spicy food, this Teppan Mini Pork Ribs is definitely for you. The ribs are generously coated with thick sauce that has cheese in it. The spiciness of the ribs is a good way to kick-start your appetite. The Teppan Mini Pork Ribs is a seasonal dish in Sho Kushiage, and it's only available in November and December! Hurry up, don't miss the chance to try it out!
Curry Pork Ball Set (RM 22). Fried cheesy pork balls served with aromatic curry on the side.
Buta Soup - Mini Steamboat (RM 38). I absolutely love steamboat, especially during rainy days. Sho Kushiage serves their mini steamboat with pork soup base (of course!!), vegetables, pork stripes and rice. The pork soup is really rich, and the pork stripes are tender.
Japanese Chashu Ramen Set (RM 29). Not a big fan of ramen, but I like the hint of spiciness in the ramen soup, which enhances the flavours of the pork. Not to mention, it's very appetizing too.
Set Half Boiled Egg Buta Soup Udon (RM 25). Non a ramen fan? Can't take spicy food? The udon in pork soup is a good option too. After all, you can't go wrong with a bowl of soup that is packed with rich pork flavours!
Premium Set Pork Chop Cutlet (RM 35). You can't walk into a pork restaurant without trying out their fried pork chop cutlet.
Crispy batter with juicy meat, these babies are not to be missed. Don't forget to pair them with the sauces provided on the table!
Chicken Set Cutlet with Scrambled Egg (RM 29). Apart from pork, Sho Kushiage serves some killer chicken dishes too. For example, the Chicken Set Cutlet with Scrambled Egg, served with creamy scrambled egg and flavourful broth.
Mango Calpis (RM 7.50). Who says you must pair green tea with Japanese food? A glass of chilled Mango Calpis is perfect,and especially refreshing after having all the fried dishes.
